Group Internal Audit Manager: Ftse 250 Construction

Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a FTSE 250 Construction business in their search for a Group Internal Audit Manager to join their audit team. The small but specialised team is made up of experts in risk management and internal control, with specialised knowledge of different risk and business areas.

Reporting to a supportive Head of Assurance you will be responsible for the design and execution of a range of audits and bringing an influence of fresh methodology to the companies internal processes.

As the successful candidate you will be partnering with the business to help understand emerging risks, identify issues, and conduct audits in a collaborative, effective way.

To be considered you will be ACA/ACCA/CIA qualified and have prior Internal Audit experience, gained from either a Big 4 / Top 10 or PLC environment. Culturally the business has a family friendly working environment, and you will be joining a hands on team that is in a stage of growth.

They are currently in the office 2 days week with maximum level of travel being up to 20% (UK based).
