SalaryWe are recruiting for a newly created Group Marketing Manager - this is a hands on Marketing role that will involve not only building the strategy and road map for Marketing, but you will also be extremely hands on with the delivery. Joining a group of companies you will be responsible for the marketing of two dynamic companies within the group - one company, an already established and successful electronics manufacturing company, the second a much newer business in the health and safety space that is only just starting on their journey who have had great success already. Renowned not only for it's market presence but also for their vibrant, social company culture – complete with an onsite gym!
As the Group Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand identity, reaching the target audience, and driving customer engagement. This is a brand-new position where you will craft and execute high-level marketing strategies across diverse businesses. Your primary focus will be on two key companies within the group – one a fast-growing new venture, the other a well-established market leader.
What you will be doing:
- You will be developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and detailed plans for all group businesses.
- Conceptualise and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, emails, LinkedIn, other social channels and any other relevant platforms.
- Ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across all touch points to generate a robust pipeline of enquiries and sales leads.
- Leveraging Engagebay/Hubspot to automate lead nurturing, track campaign performance, and optimise marketing workflows.
- Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages and lead scoring.
- You will develop and implement a robust LinkedIn strategy, optimising company profiles, creating engaging content and foster meaningful connections with relevant LinkedIn groups.
- You will produce and manage compelling content for the sales teams, websites, blog posts, white papers, case studies and videos.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies.
- Conducting ongoing market research on target sectors, including competitor analysis to refine market positioning.
- Regularly analysing campaign performance metrics using Engagebay and other analytics tools.
- Providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Representing the companies at relevant industry events, conferences and webinars.
- Networking with potential clients and partners.
What we are looking for:
To be considered for this role, we are looking for somebody who is not only strategic and confident to own and drive the marketing function, but also enjoy the delivery of the day to day marketing activities.
- You are able to build excellent relationships across the business and wider afield due to your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and best practices across traditional and digital channels.
- We are looking for somebody to analyse data to make informed marketing recommendations and decisions.
It would also be great if you have:
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager - ideally with exposure to technical products or services.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media marketing best practices.
- Experience in target vertical markets such as Engineering, Construction, Fabrication, Automotive, Aerospace is advantageous.
