The Recruitment Group is working with a family-run business within the packaging industry working with food products, cosmetics, household, agricultural, and high-end consumer goods. They are committed to delivering quality solutions every single time.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager:
• Research and develop new business opportunities.
• Taking enquiries.
• Hosting Zoom calls and meetings.
• Providing estimates (which will include obtaining quotes from suppliers for components).
• Providing quotations to clients and follow up.
• Recording calls, emails and setting follow up tasks.
• Contacting old clients and maintaining relationship.
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline .
• Manage clients on a day to basis.
• Dealing with customer queries
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Work to sales driven targets and KPI’s and report data to senior management as and when requested.
• Management of sales staff performance, targets, goals and challenges.
• Recruiting of sales staff, if required, following growth.
• Training of sales staff.
• Provide on-going/general support to sales staff where needed

Experience/knowledge requirements for the Sales Account Manager:
• Previous Sales Experience
• Previous experience in packaging would be ideal but not essential
• Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
