We are currently seeking an ambitious Sales Account Manager to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME based in Worcester . You will be joining a company that pride themselves in providing a caring, enjoyable, professional atmosphere within the workplace where individuals are given the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for maximising business opportunities by following up new enquiries, maintaining contact with lapsed and low spending clients and prospecting for new clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:Calling lapsed customers to get them back on boardCalling lower spending accounts that have potential to increase spend, particularly through taking a wider range of products from usCalling relevant prospects to create leads for new businessBooking appointments for external Account ManagersMaintaining a clean CRM Database
