Job description
A Group Reporting Accountant is required for a 6 month contract to provide cover whilst the role is recruited on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is responsible for delivering consolidated reporting which includes; management accounts and forecast and budgets. In addition, you will be responsible for the statutory reporting requirements for the group, including tax compliance and planning.
Duties include;
* Consolidation of all Group Reporting, including consolidated management accounts, budgets and forecasts
* Preparation of monthly internal reporting documents to provide financial analysis
* Cashflow, budgeting and forecasting
* Production of ad-hoc analysis, both at the request of key stakeholders and independently to assist with identifying trends
Interested candidates will be qualified, ACA/ACCA/CIMA with relevant experience.
You will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data, coupled with good communication skills to be able to provide non-financial stakeholders with insightful information.
Finally, you should possess good systems skills as the organisation has recently implemented a new ERP system and want to ensure it is being fully utilised.
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office and 2 working from home.
