About the role:
- Responsible for all group bookings, from initial inquiry to finalization, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agents, to drive repeat business.
- Track and report on group’s sales performance, including booking trends, updates, any historical patterns and circumstances which may negatively impact availability/ revenue during groups review meetings with Front Office, Revenue and Sales teams.
- Proactively monitor upcoming events, conferences to identify potential group sales opportunities.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the reservations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow processes.
