Growth & Strategy Director

Growth Strategy Director / Director of Strategy & Growth / Strategy Director needed by a Tech4Good org who help disadvantaged children accelerate their learning by providing free access to reading tools and materials as well as high impact tutoring and volunteer services.

Following a significant platform upgrade, we are now seeking an innovative and dynamic Growth & Strategy Director to help the business establish and achieve strategic objectives and goals in the years to come.

The Growth Strategy Director / Director of Strategy & Growth / Strategy Director will work with the Chairman and leadership team and help grow the business by devising and implementing strategic opportunities to expand its business.

The role will work across all departments, including product, fundraising, marketing & sales, to understand where and how to unlock growth as well as look at new geographies where their mission could resonate.

The Growth Strategy Director / Director of Strategy & Growth / Strategy Director will help the business become a product-led organisation with agile, design-oriented thinking that enables their platform to drive the business into new areas and enables the organisation to continue their mission at an accelerated pace.

The Growth Strategy Director / Director of Strategy & Growth / Strategy Director will:

– Work directly with the C-suite to create and define a clear global growth strategy
– Be responsible for global market expansion
– Manage senior stakeholders internally and externally
– Be responsible for elevating their existing product to serve wider communities globally by working with numerous stakeholders & EdTech professionals

The Growth Strategy Director / Director of Strategy & Growth / Strategy Director must have:

* Have a strategic mindset
* Be technically savvy
* Be passionate about improving beginning literacy in low-income communities
* Be comfortable working with fluid assignments across multiple business departments
* Have a detailed understanding of the children’s education sector
* A solid commercial mindset
