If you’re a Primary Teacher who can drive, you are eligible for our Guaranteed Pay Scheme. We will find full-time work for you in Weston-Super-Mare. If we can’t, you’ll still be paid for the day!
About the role
To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher (Guaranteed Pay Scheme) you will:
- Have QTS / Qualified Teacher Status (applications from ECT / Early Careers Teachers welcome)
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons
- Be able to drive with access to your own vehicle
- Be available at least 3 out of 5 days’ work per week

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Guaranteed Pay Primary Teacher you will:
- have experience teaching in Primary Schools
- be able to manage behaviour effectively
- have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
- Hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- to hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or to be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- to hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (child workforce or child and adult workforce)
