You will work alongside the Front Office team to cater to the needs and meet the high standards of all our discerning guests. In doing so, you will demonstrate exceptional initiative and flexibility, establishing an excellent rapport with all regular guests and recognising and responding to the particular expectations of VIPs.
Your ability to provide the warmest and friendliest of welcomes and your knack for problem-solving with discretion and good humour will be among the most important attributes you bring to the role. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us.
