What you will be doing... 

As our new Experience Extraordinaire, you’ll be a smooth operator and a great role model, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means: 

• Being the voice of the guest and bringing to life the Guest Experience to improve customer experience, feedback and performance.  
• Understand, review and effectively use insight and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve service and experience. 
• Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise efficiency and give an amazing customer experience. 
• Be accountable and responsible for managing all guest complaints. 
• Managing budgetary costs for holiday sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls. 
• Working in collaboration with all park teams and central support to ensure all standards across all areas are operating at a high level and offering a great service to customers.
