An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Guest Service Manager to be part of the Front of House Team at Zedwell Hotel, located in the Greenwich AreaOur Zedwell Guide is a beacon of Zedwell brand values and as such, we are looking for a hands-on experienced Guest Service Manager, who can drive our brand in our flagship property, maintain the sanctity of the space, and drive quality across the hotel, though our Zedwell Family.If you are passionate about Hospitality, care about wellbeing, and about making a difference in a fast-paced and innovative environment, then we would be delighted to hear from you.What you will be doing:You will be the face, soul and promoter of our brand at Zedwell Greenwich. You will assist our guests to flow through our space, understand our space and enable our guests to switch off from the bustle and chaos of the city. Plus you will enable an environment that is conducive to good night sleep through our Hosts and with the help of other departmental guides. Your role is pivotal in the brands evolution so you will help rollout initiatives, analyse the impact, help adjust and start the cycle once again
you will be the change enabler.As a Guest Service Manager / Guide in a flagship property, you should be strong in turning vision into action and you should be a champion of change. You should be passionate about hosting (role modelling) and getting the best out of the Zedwell Family. You should work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that issues are solved correctly, the first time around. You should be comfortable in dealing efficiently with complaints, approaching them as opportunities to build trust and brand reputation.
