Gotpeople are recruiting for Guest Service/Hotel Reception staff:
Duties and requirements are:-
- To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner to ensure guests are immediately made to feel at home.
- To perform a seamless check in and rooming according to the Hotel standards.
- To perform a seamless check out according to the Hotel standards.
- Research and update information about our guests needs and preferences to further enhance their stay experience using in-house software system
- Exceeding guests' expectations by providing a discreet and personalised service.
- To be intuitive to guests needs, always offering an alternative if the first outcome can not be achieved.
- To provide detailed knowledge of the area, promote hotel services and endeavour to make the guests' stay as memorable as possible.
- To take reservation calls outside of office hours when needed according to the Hotel standards.
- To liaise with guests prior to arrival to gather poignant information to make their stay more comfortable.
- To ensure that guest requests for transportation within the estate are delivered in a timely fashion.
- To drive buggies in a safe manner around the estate.
- To develop a close working relationship with all departments and managers to ensure guest expectations are met.
- Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations
- Ensure job required certificates are kept up to date
- Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks and duties as and when necessary and reasonably required
- You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the business needs
- 2.500 bonus on top of wages
