to join the successful team at Flemings Mayfair Hotel.What about the job?The main purpose of the role as Guest Services Manager is to act as a hotel ambassador and to ensure all our guest have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The Guest Services Manager will actively
promote excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel, assisting all Front of House departments and ensuring all guests needs are met.The Guest Services Manager will ensure a strong management presence is delivered in peak periods and will work with the front office team to deal with arrivals and departures.Some other responsibilities of the Guest Services Manager will be to look after VIP guest, to deal
