Key Responsibilities
- Wash and prepare hair for services
- Attentively work with creative operatives to ensure client services are carried out smoothly
- Provide the highest level client service at all times; be welcoming, helpful and attentive
- Ensuring the cleanliness of Atelier is maintained at all times, including cleaning and laundry duties
- Be a brand ambassador
- Have expert knowledge of services/products; proactively and confidently recommend to clients
Ideal candidate
- Previous Hair Salon experience
- Successful experience within a luxury retail/hospitality/customer service environment
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- A calm attitude with the ability to handle multiple things in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who loves helping others
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be confident, punctual and flexible
