SalarySelf Employed Handyman/Woman
We are looking for a self employed handyperson to complete repairs and improvements in our managed properties. Work would mainly be based in Cathays / Roath, close to our offices with occasional work in other areas within Cardiff. You'd be required to collect keys from us, arrange attendance times with our tenants and provide invoices for completed jobs. We'll be on hand to provide support with this where needed!
Initially, we would be able to offer approximately 10-16 hours a week of work, so the role would be suited to someone who already works on a self employed basis, or a retired tradesperson who is looking for some part time work.
As you will be in control of when you carry out the repairs, the role can be structured around any other commitments.
Works will typically include painting and decorating, small gardening works, furniture repairs, fit window restrictors, box in meters and general property maintenance, so your own tools and transport will be necessary!
