Job description

The starting salary for this position is £20,733 per annum based on a 36-hour working week.

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and energetic Handyperson to join our expanding team. This role will be split across two of our Woking homes: Ruth House and Woodlands which are approximately a ten minute drive from each other.

Our Homes

Our children's homes support children with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. We work together to meet the needs of our looked after children between the ages of 11-18; creating a stable foundation which will prepare them for the next stage of their lives.

About the role

As a Handyperson with us, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance, safety and security of the building and grounds; carrying out checks and minor repairs as necessary to ensure our homes remain safe and well maintained for the children. We want our homes to be exceptional for the children we are entrusted to care for. It's what we strive to provide and what our children want and need.
