Position: Handyperson

Location: The Hub, Harrow HA1 3 Days Per Week, and The Horizon, Blackheath, SE10 8GL 2 Days Per Week.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0900 - 1800

Salary:  £30,000 - £35000

Development Details:

This role will be split between two build to rent developments, The Hub which has 87 apartments, and the Horiizon which holds 115 apartments. You will be responsible for all of the maintenance issues within the development, fixing any general wear and tear as well as painting and decorating.

 Possessing the skillset to handle electrical issues is highly desirable.
