The company has a mission to empower food producers globally to create sustainable and customized cultured meat products, addressing some of the most pressing global challenges in sustainability and food security. To be successful in this role:
You will be a confident Hardware Engineer with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum 3 years of experience in bioreactor design and fabrication. A degree at Bachelor's or Master's level could be considered for the right candidate and other requirements for this role include:
- Proficiency in temperature control systems, 3D printing, and computational modelling
- Experience with cell culture and bioreactor operation

Job role and responsibilities:
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and assembly of bioreactors, including control systems and sensors. You will drive forward technology development by analysing and presenting experimental data, plus lead project planning & execution, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
