HDRC Programme Support Officer
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HDRC Programme Support Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HDRC Programme by ensuring the smooth coordination and implementation of various projects. Your excellent organizational and multitasking skills will be key in successfully managing program-related activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing logistical support.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HDRC Programme Manager in planning and executing program activities
Assist in project planning, including the development of work plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate project logistics, such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and arranging travel arrangements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, including project documentation, reports, and correspondence
Assist in monitoring project progress and maintaining project databases
Provide administrative support to the HDRC Programme, such as drafting, editing, and formatting program-related documents
Conduct research and analysis to support program development and implementation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time : 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £11.00
Location: Plymouth, South West England
