We are looking for Head Bartender with a positive attitude, drive and ambition who want an exciting and progressive career within a new hospitality brand. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Bartenders, making sure that the needs of our guests are being met by your team. Using your initiative and experience, you will be able to think quickly on your feet and delegate tasks within your team to ensure the smooth running of the Bar.
Your role is to guarantee an amazing experience for our guests so that they keep on coming
back. As Head Bartender you will be passionate about all things drink and be
able to utilise this to make knowledgeable recommendations to our guests to
enhance their experience with us.
About you
The successful applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a similar Head Bartender role within the hospitality sector
- Solid customer service experience, working to very high standards
- Ambitious, career orientated and ready to establish a new national bar and dining experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast
- Inspirational communication skills
