Daily covers: up to 200

We are looking for an experienced branded Head Chef to lead a solid team in this popular restaurant and bar serving elevated fresh food.
They have a strong following and are part of a large all day dining group with great structure, training and development for chefs.

The menus are creative, modern European with some Asian twists and they can do up to 200 covers when buy so a background in high volume will help.
3 days off in a row.

This would suit a strong Head Chef with a stable background and experience in a high volume sites or a busy restaurant or brasserie as Head Chef.
