What are we looking for:

• A motivated Head Chef, who will lead and support their kitchen brigade.
• A team manager that will motivate the brigade to ensure an efficient team that strives to achieve the best out of themselves and each other.
• A leader who can ensure that the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and make sure that every dish is consistent and to the standards set in order to exceed our guests expectations.
• A motivator, who is happy to recruit, lead and train junior members of the team.
• A leader that can manage the kitchen food and labour costs, ensuring that the kitchen is working within budget while maintaining the standards of service.
• A great communicator, excellent at developing relationships with different personalities within the kitchen and restaurant.
