We’re looking for an experience Head Chef to lead a small Boutique Hotel in Oxford, with exceptional fine dining menu.
About the role:
- Head out this beautiful 20 bed property just outside of Oxford.
- Deliver exceptional fine dining menu to up to 100 covers.
- Manage a modest brigade of 10 chefs.
About you:
- Experience as Head Chef within a similar high-end property.
- Strong experience leading a team of 10 plus BOH.
- Rosette or Michelin / 5-star experience within a premium setting.
