We are looking for a Head Chef at our independent country pub, where we serve traditional pub food with a contemporary twist - making the most of only the freshest local produce and evolving with the seasons.
Working closely with our passionate, fun and growing team you responsibilities will include:
- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Managing and nurturing chefs of all levels in the kitchen
- Responsible for all health & safety and food hygiene practices
