Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and team management. Duties:
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
