A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Residential Property Management to join a of successful independent Estate with offices in the Southampton area.
You will be overseeing the Property Management department and ensuring that outstanding levels of customer service are being delivered to both Landlords and Tenants.
The role will also involve all aspects of training, development, management, complaint handling and recruitment within the department.
The successful candidate must have previous experience is residential Property Management and have had people management responsibilities.
You will possess the skills to effectively manage and develop the team, increase the levels of service whilst upholding and maintaining current legislation and standards.

Significant previous experience in Property ManagementComprehensive supervisory experienceThorough understanding of Lettings and Property Management proceduresARLA or related qualification preferredBe able to direct, inspire and guide a teamAbility to develop and maintain relationshipsExcellent telephone mannerHave superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloadBe able to work under pressure Have a full UK driving licence The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Hampshire / Surrey area who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.
