Are you an organised and customer-oriented individual with a passion for property management? Our client, an esteemed estate agency, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join their team in Basingstoke! If you have experience in the field and a knack for exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you!

?? Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties �??
• Conducting property inspections to ensure quality standards ?
• Handling pre-tenancy checks efficiently ??
• Regular liaison with landlords, contractors, and tenants ??
• Coordinating routine and emergency maintenance tasks ???
• Keeping accurate maintenance records for proper documentation ??
• Ensuring all properties comply with safety regulations �?
• Managing check-out reports and dilapidation claims ????
• Negotiating deposit releases between landlords and tenants ??
• Collaborating with TDS when necessary ????
• Addressing daily/weekly error and warning reports ??
• Working closely with the Accounts and Lettings teams ????
• Reporting directly to the Lettings Manager ????

?? Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager ??
• ARLA qualification preferred, but opportunities for training available! �???
• Proficiency in property management software like MRI ???
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle ??

? Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with rotating Saturdays! ?

?? Our client offers a competitive salary package ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
