The current position is for permanent HEAD CHEF in a BRITISH CUISINE RESTAURANT

• Head Chef role Salary is £42,000-45,000. Holiday pay of five weeks. Free Chef laundry service. 40-50 hour working week. Food and drink in our restaurants. Paid Overtime. Discounted food, Free food, Employee discount, Holiday Pay, Other, Monthly Payment.

You must have the following to be able to register with us:

FOR CHEFS:

• Own whites, knives and safety shoes
• Level 2 hygiene certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
• Allergy Certificate
• Professional Chef Experience preferably.
• Good communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK

Chefs will be responsible for and be involved in the following:

• Carrying out Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Confident working in high volume and demanding environments.
• Following menu specification.
• Maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Ensuring you work within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
• Working as a part of a large team on a particular section.
• To organize a section and operate in adherence to the specifications of the business.
• Responsible for all culinary dishes that are prepared in their section.
• Be organized and comfortable working in a high –pressure environment.
• Able to give orders within their sections, as well reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the sous chef and Head Chef.
• Good understanding of spoken and written English.
