Position:Head Door Supervisor
Hourly Rate: £15.00 - £17.00
Schedule: Friday and Saturday night (additional shifts may be available depending on events)
Are you a professional and dedicated Head Door Supervisor with a passion for Keeping People Safe?
A Head Door Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, developing your team, and ultimately ensuring customers have a good time.
This role is perfect for someone experienced in building and training a cohesive team whilst managing client relationships.
You will need excellent local knowledge!
Your main duties will include
- Maintaining a safe and positive experience for all guests during their time onsite
- Be responsible for all security personnel, manage operations and working within security plans and venue expectations.
- Support and advise on security plans, risk assessments and incident
- Ensure correct incident, searching and patrol reporting from all members of the security
- Carrying out briefs and debriefs, monitoring targets throughout shifts.
- Support the team to reach their full potential through their own experiences. Identifying training needs and implementing appropriate
- Liaise with venue management on personnel positions and scheduling of the team
- Ensure venue policies are being implemented by security personnel
- Attending regular meetings with Operations Managers with suitable updates and proactive management of any issues
- Build and maintain good relationships with local authorities and emergency services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Door Supervisor
- Previous Head Door Supervisor experience is preferred
- SIA Door Supervision Licence
- Excellent local knowledge
