A small hotel and restaurant are looking to recruit a Head Housekeeper, to ensure that our facilities are in ship shape order, clean & tidy and ready to welcome our guests, supporting us to become the go to stay destination in Margate.

The Job

An incredible opportunity to develop the set up of operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel.

Offering seriously comfortable bedrooms, curious details, and genuinely welcoming, happy people. This will be a great role for someone to really get their teeth into.

A bit about you

So, what does it take to be our new Head Housekeeper? You must want to be the best at what you do. Be proud of doing things the right way, even when no one is looking. In other words, be:

• Hard working and driven
• Have a GENUINE passion for hospitality and looking after people
• Have experience in managing a great team in a housekeeping environment (this is a must), if you have hotel housekeeping experience, even better!
• Passion for creating a warm welcome, whilst having meticulous attention to detail
• Be Genuine and a real team player. That one is a non-negotiable!

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum (plus a share of the monthly TRONC/Service Charge)

Hours: 45 hours a week.
