Quest Search & Selection has partnering with a rapidly expanding B2B media enterprise. This company is at the forefront of the industry, digitally driven multimedia information provider tailored for senior business professionals.

The role of Head of Brand and Design - (Presentations & Campaigns) will be responsible for developing impactful design campaigns across multiple platforms and channels. Produce visually compelling content, manage design projects, and ensure the consistency and quality of all client campaigns. Role is crucial in shaping the brand's image and maintaining its integrity in the market.

The role and responsibilities of this Head of Brand and Design - (Presentations & Campaigns) 3 days:

  • Ensure the brand message remains consistent across all channels and touchpoints, such as the website, LinkedIn, email signatures, whitepapers, and video content.
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of the brand's visual identity, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and imagery.
  • Lead the development of new design outputs across different channels, markets, and verticals.
  • Develop and execute graphic and motion design projects, such as email templates, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, reports, logos, media packs, and pitch decks.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns and weekly newsletters.
  • Create templates for social media posts on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Apply UI/UX principles to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using tools like Figma.
  • Collaborate with various teams using Trello and Asana for project management and team collaboration.
  • Lead and manage the design and printing of event signage and other brand materials from scratch for company events.

To be successful in this Head of Brand and Design - (Presentations & Campaigns) 3 days:

  • Ideally having 5 years plus experience as Graphic designer.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Desirable to have experience working within a B2B space where you have products such as white papers, social postings, display, e-mail campaigns and video content.
  • Proven experience branding, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful branding projects.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello and Asana is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to bring innovative and fresh ideas.
  • Familiarity with multiple creative disciplines (animation, motion graphic, video).
  • Past experience in guiding or managing junior designers and freelancers & refining designs
