SalaryLooking to recruit a Head of Building Safety for a leading Property maintenance Company in Birmingham.
Day rates; £440 - £500 on a 3 month contract.
What you will need:
- The ideal candidate will already have Health and Safety experience working at a similar level
- Expert knowledge in Building Safety
- Success in managing the 'Big 6' compliance areas: Legionella, Gas, Electric, Fire, Lifts and Damp and Mould and Condensation challenges
- NEBOSH qualified
Undertaking:
- Responsible for day to day management of Building compliance and safety
- Proactively leading a team
- Ensuring residents feel safe in their homes
- Providing training for new employees
