SalaryAs the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will be:
- Responsible for the day to day management of the big 6 of compliance and Building Safety
- The main point of contact for across the organisation and external stakeholders for any compliance related issues, ensuring that all work is in line with legislation
- Managing all budgets with financial responsibility for the department
- Leading the compliance team building excellent working relationships
Qualifications / Experience:
- Extensive experience managing and working with the big 6 of compliance and Building Safety
- Previous experience leading and managing compliance / Building Safety teams
- An in-depth understanding of current legislation and data
- Previous experience working with contract management
- Social housing experience
- IOSH or NEBOSH
As the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will receive:
- £65,000 - £70,000
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
