We are on the on the market for a Head of Business Planning for a growing business in the Retail / FMCG sector.

This is an exciting new role, as it encompasses working at an enterprise level to establish and lead a new Business Planning department. Activities to lead on might include:

? Establishing the Business Planning operating model

? Setting a usable and consistent format of AOP across the business / to corporate strategy level

? Coordinating the formulation of target performance goals & business KPIs

? And supporting corporate costs vs benefits tracking for operational performance & key initiatives that deliver ROI

Our ideal candidate will have a finance background and previous experience of leading strategic Business Planning, including budgeting and corporate level cost and benefit accounting.

As well as previous experience working within Retail / FMCG / Supply chain / Professional services.

This will be 18 months FTC (to cover the planning cycles for 2025 and 2026) - with the potential to extend / go permanent if the right person is interested.
