The Role
This is an exciting Head of Client Service’s opportunity, dedicated to growing and retaining existing client relations. As the Head of Client Services you be responsible for managing key clients relations as well as managing, guiding, troubleshooting, training and supporting the Client Services team
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Exploring opportunities and methods to improve client retention, growing retained client accounts, reviewing business processes and exploring ways to elevate the offering
- Working closely with the Head of New Business, supporting them with the development and execution of new client onboarding, as well as working closely with the various other teams to support product development and innovation
- Developing relationships with clients’ key stakeholders, and will take ownership of retaining and growing existing clientele
- Project managing internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and looking for potential opportunities to increase profitability without compromising quality of work
- Leading the Client Services team and introducing best practices to help improve performance across the team
- Work cross-functionally across teams with senior internal stakeholders to ensure you have a full and in-depth understanding of Client accounts’ financial status.
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful for your application for the Head of Client Services, you will currently be operating at a Senior Account Director, Associate Account Director, or Head of level, with a reputable SEO, Digital or Performance Marketing agency.
You will have / be:
- Robust SEO and client service experience with a passion for digital.
- Results oriented and driven to assist and support your clients and agency’s success.
- You are both a team player and a leader with excellent people management skills, having a team-oriented mindset is important.
- Strong commercial awareness, highly organised and confident in your ability to forecast financial performance.
- A good working knowledge of different capabilities and what they offer the client and customer, including; SEO, content marketing, web design & build, analytics, CRO, UX etc.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, and able to respond well to questions or when challenges present themselves, able to communicate highly complex technical concepts – whether communicating with a business owner or a novice.
- Excellent organisation skills and proficiency at process building and nurturing teams.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity – driving growth and innovation with an open minded, innovative outlook.
