Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Client Experience Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the VIP guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.  

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility as per client needs.

Main responsibilities

  • Providing a VIP pre-arrival and arrival experience to all clients, ensuring all guests receive a personal and memorable experience
  • Managing the VIP client area, supporting visitors on securing an office space and liaising with internal clients to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Working seamlessly with different departments to create memorable arrival experiences for our clients and their guests
  • Improving customer engagement in all areas
  • Ensuring all equipment/technology is in working order and report when required
  • Maintaining high standards so that customer’s expectations are consistently exceeded

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally, have previous experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment, managing VIP/High profile customers
  • Thrive as part of a large team and also be able to work independently when required
  • Have great attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and a positive, yet realistic outlook
  • Be able to create immediate rapport with various stakeholders, internal and external VIPs
  • Posses a welcoming and positive personality, with strong time management skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
