SalaryWe are looking for two wonderful people to join our experienced and friendly Family Support team as we work towards our goal of giving every child the best start in life. In this rewarding and varied role, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring family needs, managing volunteer support, connecting families with essential community resources and delivering school holiday activities for families.
As the primary contact with families, volunteers and referrers you will play a central role in the ongoing impact and vibrancy of Home-Start RKH and bring a genuine commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of families in our communities. We are looking for someone with parenting experience, an understanding of the needs of families with young children, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage projects.
Home-Start Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow is a vibrant family charity, essential to the wellbeing of our communities. We provide vital support to families during the important and challenging early years of raising a child. Through one-to-one partnerships and family groups, our volunteers help families respond and adapt to their experience of parenthood.
In joining our highly motivated team, you will benefit from a generous annual leave allowance, the option of employer-matched pension contributions up to 8% of salary and a flexible, hybrid working structure co-developed by our team. This is a permanent contract, 21-28 hours per week.
