Responsibilities
Coordinate the needs and/or setup and configuration of the Tixr platform to meet client specifications
Provide guidance and support to clients during the technical implementation phase
Assist in planning and organising logistics for onsite visits and field operations, including inventory management of equipment, shipping equipment, travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for team members
Liaise with the client and internal teams to ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for onsite operations
Ensure our CRM is up to date with necessary information for other team members as events and seasons deploy
Act as lead (where needed) for onsite support for clients
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed
Gather feedback from clients and communicate to London and US HQ's
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive and productive partnership
Generate reports summarising the progress and outcomes for internal and client review
Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure seamless handover of clients from the sales process to the technical implementation phase.
