We are currently seeking a highly organized, full-time Senior Client Success Manager to join our esteemed Consultancy client. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and enhancing client relationships on a global scale. Your primary focus will be within the Client Growth team, reporting directly to Partnerships Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships by comprehensively understanding their business goals and obstacles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure smooth logistics throughout the entire client journey.
- Facilitate a seamless transition for clients from the sales phase to program implementation.
- Monitor and assess the success of our programs.
- Assign clear tasks to the team, devising detailed implementation plans for each project.
- Provide leadership and oversight to our Client Success Specialist and Client Success Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including client management and account management.
- Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in multitasking and adept at managing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines effectively.
