Client Success Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized, full-time Senior Client Success Manager to join our esteemed Consultancy client. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and enhancing client relationships on a global scale. Your primary focus will be within the Client Growth team, reporting directly to Partnerships Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships by comprehensively understanding their business goals and obstacles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure smooth logistics throughout the entire client journey.
• Facilitate a seamless transition for clients from the sales phase to program implementation.
• Monitor and assess the success of our programs.
• Assign clear tasks to the team, devising detailed implementation plans for each project.
• Provide leadership and oversight to our Client Success Specialist and Client Success Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including client management and account management.
• Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in multitasking and adept at managing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines effectively.
