They specialise in creating Luxembourg-hubbed products (mainly) and work with impressive blue-chip Private Markets GP's, asset managers, wealth managers and private banks. Best described as a dynamic and rapidly expanding global business, this client has created a new position of Head of Client Services encompassing Distribution & Client On-boarding to join their headquarters in London. The Head of Client Servicing will be experienced in leading teams and will report to the Head of Fund Operations. Your Role:As the Client Servicing Manger, your leadership will define the future of Client & investor relationship management and onboarding processes. Leading a team responsible for driving the distribution servicing and on-boarding of blue-chip GPs, private banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and more. Your role is pivotal in refining and enhancing processes, ensuring compliance with AML, DYC, and DDQs, and overseeing the strategic deployment of cutting-edge technology for digital onboarding and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire and drive excellence in distribution, client relationship management, compliance and client onboarding.
- Forge strong relationships with high-profile clients, enhancing the existing distribution network of GPs, private banks, wealth managers and asset managers.
- Define and implement best-in-class processes for client onboarding, compliance and relationship management.
- Leverage your knowledge of Private Markets.
Team Responsibilities:
Under your guidance, the team will:
- Manage comprehensive onboarding processes for distributors, including legal agreements support and the completion of KYD & AML processes and documentation checks.
- Providing best-in-class service to distributors and investors while overseeing third party administrator and distributor services.
- Enhance connectivity and data sharing with distributors, ensuring seamless fund data integration and trade order processing.
- Support the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, such as pitch books and teasers, to articulate our value proposition effectively.
- Oversee comprehensive investor services, from subscription and onboarding to AML and documentation checks, ensuring regulatory compliance at every step.

- Degree-educated, demonstrating exceptional leadership in client servicing and client onboarding within Private Markets, complemented by strong communication gained within a Private Markets FinTech, private wealth manager, or an asset manager, with a strong foundation in client relationship management.
