Job Title: Head of Clinical Negligence (Senior Solicitor)
Location: Cheshire, North Wales, UK
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a prestigious Cheshire-based law firm for a dynamic and experienced Head of Clinical Negligence (Senior Solicitor).
Key Responsibilities:
Department Establishment: Set up and lead the Medical Negligence Department, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with the firm's values and standards.
Client Management: Handle a caseload of medical negligence matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in Clinical Negligence law.
