Responsibilities
• Create and develop the retail master plan aligned with business strategy• Manage and coach the retail management team to drive high performance• Deliver a superior retail and customer experience• Maintain relationships with partners and generate retail opportunities• Drive revenue and growth from retail, catering, and advertising portfolio• Maximize commercial opportunities with business partners• Champion change and continuous improvement for income growth and customer experience• Negotiate and implement retail and catering contracts• Oversee budgets and present reports and business cases• Represent the business and develop relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
• Proven experience in senior commercial role and developing strategies for revenue growth• Leadership experience and ability to coach and develop high-performance teams• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions• Experience in implementing change and managing tender processes• Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail• IT savvy with the ability to utilize data for innovation and risk mitigation• Operational retail experience is a plus
