Your new role
As Head of Commercial Finance, you will be instrumental in managing the financial accounting as well as providing accurate reporting information on revenue and income, as well as managing external stakeholders and investment.
You will have a thorough handover as well as support from the senior leadership team.
Main Responsibilities include:

• Statutory and management accounting preparation and presentation to the board.
• Development and delivery of the commercial strategy including commercial income generation, efficiency and growth strategies and to operationally lead on detailed financial appraisals on major revenue and capital investments.
• Commercial financial models for budget holders

• Balance Sheet Management including timely review and sign off of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset verification and compliance with the Fixed Asset Policy.
• Attending meetings with senior leadership team as well as internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasting.

What you\'ll need to succeed

You will ideally be a qualified accountant CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA with budgetary and financial forecasting experience. Qualified by experience would be considered with demonstrable finance experience. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to present to the senior leadership team as well as external stakeholder.
