A reputable local law firm is currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to joint their team as Head of Department. This firm has a history going back decades of providing quality legal advice and services to the local and wider communities which has provided them with the specialist knowledge and connections to provide their clients with the highest standards of service possible.

The Opportunity:
- To be responsible for your own varied caseload to include complex Commercial Property matters
- To be actively involved in the development of the firm and support the departments development.
- Assist the team with training and development.
- Drive forward new marketing opportunities and business or client development and promote the Firm’s reputation.
You will have:
- Minimum of 7 years PQE within Commercial Property
- Strong experience of all Commercial Property matters to include but not limited to lease extensions, leaseholds, development work, retail and hospitality premises, and lease renewals
- Proven experience of managing teams
- Experience dealing with marketing and working within management teams
- Excellent client care skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
