In this role you will be playing a vital role in the company by writing and negotiating commercial leases, supporting with client tenders and driving site selection meetings.
The ideal candidate will come from a real estate background where they have experience dealing with commercial leases or land acquisition while looking to join a company that allows you to excel in your career and provide you with all the relevant resources needed to do this. You will also have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills into the EV sector.

The role:
* Conduct negotiations with landowners, property managers, and other relevant stakeholders to secure agreements for land use or lease
* Driving internal stakeholders across Operations, Sales and Finance when discussing commercial implications
* Supporting with client tenders from a commercial aspect
* Working with the operations team to ensure costs are fully understood during partnership discussions
The Person:
* Previous experience in Real Estate, Land Acquisition, or a Land Agent role
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with landowners
* Strong understanding of local regulations and planning permissions related to land use.
