The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering specialised legal services across diverse areas to businesses and individuals.
The Role:
As a Head of Commercial Property, you will be leading the Commercial Property department, handling diverse property work, and supervising team members.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships, offer strategic advice, and ensure service excellence.
- Drive team growth by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to marketing.
- Utilise expertise in Commercial Property law for complex transactions.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer or in a similar role.
- Qualified solicitor with relevant PQE.
- Previous experience in Commercial Property law.
- Background in managing complex Commercial Property transactions, covering acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team.
