We are a very established but growing independent security business that design, supply, install and maintain high end security systems for commercial and industrial customers across the UK. Due to company growth, we have a new position within the business for a Head of Commercial.
Head of Commercial
Midlands/ South UK.
Up to GBP65,000 basic plus bonus OTE GBP80,000, car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, and healthcare.
We are looking for a Head of Commercial to join our team and support with the continued growth of our business. Within this role you will oversee three key verticals, education, utilities, and healthcare. You will lead both the account management team and projects team ensuring that deadlines and schedules are on track and profitable.
You will be a key contact for clients ensuring strong customer relationships are developed and really focusing on cross selling the company's portfolio of products and services. You will develop and direct a successful sales strategy to increase the customer base, grow the sector presence and achieve the targets. You will also conduct post project evaluation to identify both successful and unsuccessful elements and outline future improvements.
The ideal candidate will have;
- A solid background in sales leadership or management roles within the security industry.
- The ability to design and sell security systems within the commercial sectors and have dealt with end–users, M&E Contractors, and Consultants.
- Have worked on a range of security disciplines including CCTV, access control, intruder, and door entry.
- The ability to produce and analyse costing sheets for projects.
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of bid analysis.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
