The Company
A well backed and compliance orientated Digital Asset firm, regulated by CBI.
Your Contribution
Working closely with the Irish CEO and Group CCO, you will be responsible for building on an established compliance operation to enhance European compliance and MLRO activities in a fast paced and growing business.
Responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance of FCC controls frameworks - AML, Fraud, ABC, etc.
• Implementation and operationalisation of DP, CoI and Conduct controls
• Implementation of Compliance monitoring & surveillance programmes
• Monitor regulatory landscape assessing and communication business impact
• Managing regulatory relationships

The Head of Compliance & MLRO Role is For You if you have:

• Direct operational or consulting experience in a regulated environment across Digital Assets, funds, banking or broader financial services
• An ability to learn quickly, think independently and act on limited information in a dynamic environment
• Experience working closely with regulators
• Digital asset experience is not a prerequisite but an interest in the area is a minimum
