Description
As Head of Continuous Improvement you will have line responsibility of a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers who will be your resource to deliver.
You will play a strategic role in checking in on how customers feel about current processes and how they feel about where the organisation can improve. Using this insight, you will be responsible for planning how the organisation is to remedy these areas of improvement (both operationally in contact centres and on out on the field). Utilising your team, you will make it happen and then circle back to review and check that customers are happy with the organisation's changes.
You will do this with all processes across the organisation that have an impact on customers.
Profile
Whilst it's not essential that you have worked in a 'Head Of' role before, in whatever capacity you have done so, it is crucial that the successful candidate has experience of managing individuals and enabling them to deliver.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate at interview that you have led large-scale changes and operational improvement within a customer orientated environment i.e. Telecommunications, Retail, Insurance, Housing.
The successful candidate will be personable, approachable and collaborative whilst remaining assertive in their approach to deliver. At interview, you must be able to clearly articulate how you have led Continuous Improvement and the specific role you played within that.
